Kim oversees project coordination and is the primary point of contact from start to finish, managing scheduling, communication and selections as the build progresses.

Whether you are starting with documentation or from early concept, we outline the most suitable path forward and coordinate the next steps.
2. Construction
Peter remains actively involved onsite throughout construction, working alongside trusted trades to maintain consistent workmanship.
Kim manages scheduling, communication and documentation to ensure the project progresses steadily.
3. Handover
Before completion, we carry out final checks and walk through the project with you to ensure everything is finished as agreed.
All relevant documentation is provided at handover.
