Can I make a change to the project once work has begun?
Yes.
It depends on the type of change and when the request occurs, but typically you can make changes throughout the building process.
To keep the construction as smooth and streamlined as possible we endevour to capture everything you want in your new home from the very beginning of the building process to eliminate additional costs to your build and budget.
Please note that such changes can greatly impact the cost, depending on what the changes are. Once the changes / cost is agreed upon, a variation document is signed and forms part of the building contract.
Which permits are needed for a construction project?
The building inspection department, office of planning and zoning, or department of permits in your community will have a list of permits and inspections related to building and zoning codes for new construction or remodeling.
